What is the process after I place my order?
As soon as you complete your purchase, your order is submitted to our store. Within 24 hours it is being processed and ready for shipment. If you chose to customize your blanket, please allow extra time for your blanket to be made. Custom blankets could take up to 14 business days to ship.
Our blankets are specially made to be durable enough for the washing machine. Simply, machine wash in cold water with regular detergent. Pods are not recommended and for best results, wash alone. Avoid fabric softener. Line dry, or use Air Fluff setting in dryer.
It may take 3 to 7 business days to ship, we then ship UPS (Standard 3-5 Day). During busy times like Christmas it might take longer, so make sure you order in plenty of time for your blanket to get to you. We take pride in our product and every stitch is made with a bit love!
Can I order online and pick up in store?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer this option.

Can I cancel my order?
As soon as you press send to submit your order it is sent straight to our store. Within 24 hours your order is processed and ready for shipment. Therefore, we suggest that you check your order carefully for accuracy at time of purchase.
